I stayed here recently on a business trip and was very pleased with the hotel and staff. The room was clean, new mattress, beautiful new decor, awesome breakfast area and great service. The indoor pool and hot tub was fabulous. If you go to the Smokies, try to get a room here.... The VALUE is EXCELLENT!

My husband and i went to Sleep Inn for a quick getaway.We had booked a romantic package room which was a mini suite with hot tube, and fireplace. The room was fully remodeled with new Carpets, New Beds, New Flat Screen TV's. The breakfast was great and the strip was within walking distance. My husband and i really enjoyed the friendly services from the time we entered to the time we left. We wished our kids were with us, they would have loved the indoor heated pool, hot tube and lazy river. we look forward for when we come back in the summer for a family vacation . We go to gatinburg atleast 4 times a year but had never stayed at this particular hotel before But from now on we will ALWAYS stay at Sleep inn & Suites.

Extended family members were traveling with me and I found bargains without giving up the perks we love - like hot tubs with plenty of power and heat and an 'extended' continental breakfast that includes hot fresh waffles you make yourself! After a day walking our feet down to stumps we rejuvenated ourselves in the marvelous hot tub - jumping back and forth from there to the year-round Lazy River and floating along on wide comfy tubes to cool down. Breakfast was included with our very comfortable and surprisingly large room and all the kids were pleased to make their own waffles. Cereal, bagels, danishes and unending - and I mean available 24-7 - coffee and juice rounded out a hearty and FREE breakfast each day of our stay. You won't confuse this hotel with the top-of-the-line Clarion Suites, but if you love a bargain and a good night's sleep, you can't go wrong here. I have booked another stay already for when my daughter and I come back to see the Christmas lights in Gatlinburg!! Close enough to downtown to be convenient but far enough away to miss most of the traffic noise too!
