Paid for townhouse 102 for the 4th of July week but when we arrived they told us that the air conditioner was out in t/h and wanted to move us to a different location - complete dump! No Refund. We later discovered that their was nothing wrong with the a/c and that it was not even their rental. I contacted other agency that it was truly listed with and was told that Gatlinburg Village did not have the right to rent it. Extremely Dishonest Staff/Owner..

Apparently Gatlinburg Village has not changed since 3 yrs ago. The unit we had then was okay - however, not clean. The worst part was the balcony with hot tub. Cigarette butts all over, and the tub had probably not been cleaned in over a month. View of the tops of other townhouses was not a "mountain view". And Gatlinburg Condos next to it is no prize either.

We statys at this junk-yard (townhouse) during July 4th week-end '04. Let me tell you folks, just don't go there. I have never seen, such a mess before. It looks very nice on the internet but its all deceiving. This place has crummiest rooms possible. For $179/per night what they are giving you is not even worth $20. Floors had bubbles in them. We did not find, utensils in so called "full kitchen". Not enough toilet paper/towels in the bathrooms. On internet it shows, it overlooking smokeys but we saw only garbage dumpsters. Beds and sofa-sleeper were so bad that, we could not even sleep.

Let me tell you, staying there 3 days was a nightmare. Never again , trust photos.
