We have stayed at the Park Vista before and enjoyed it each time. We will stay again.

Although we did not require much during our stay; the hotel was beautifully clean. The trolley comes to the door and can take you into town. Easy drive to the national park. The view on the mountain side is gorgeous. The only complaint was that they may serve the worst coffee I have ever had.

This is our first time staying here and it is very nice. The staff have been very friendly - it is very clean and a bit swankier than other places we have stayed. Our children are with us this trip and they LOVE the pools and slide!! (we love them too!!) The bed is suuuper comfy and our oldest child (14 yrs old) says the pull out couch is very comfy as well. The view from our room is great and our youngest child (2 yrs old) loves watching the cars down below. A CON that we found to be a bit ridiculous considering the price we are paying per night is that there is NO FREE WI-FI in the rooms. There is not a microwave in our room either - there is a community one on the floor near the elevators. Kinda weird. No complimentary coffee/tea in lobby either which we thought was strange considering how nice this place seems to be. Room service charges $2 to bring your food to you as well as adds on 20% and the food here is pretty pricey. We would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again.

this was a neat place..not to far from main strip in gatlinburg...very friendly staff and happy to asist you with any help needed...the pool area was great...all around NICE room...comfy beds and plenty of towels...would reccomend this place to anyone for a stressfree vacation...plan on staying here again this summer...a super good stay!!
