The Hilton garden does not care about their customers, they only care about the money and bonuses they will receive. We stayed a few nights ago after seeing all the wonderful reviews about the place. When we got there to check in, we knew we were early but didnt expect to get checked in. Kelly was at the desk and had a dirty look on her face as soon as we walked through the doors and continued talking to one of her coworkers. When we got to the desk she finally decided to fake a smile and greet us. She said she would do a pre checkin, and if we wanted to have the room we were assigned to we would have to wait, otherwise we could be put in a "nice" room for a cheaper rate with a mountain view and breakfast included for $89 because she could do that. After a long trip we decided to take the offer. When we got up to the room it was not clean, so we carried our things all the way back down to the lobby. She apologized and said she would send someone up right away to clean it. 2 hours after waiting, we were upset. Kelly finally said the room was ready. We went up and put our things away. Upon opening the dresser drawers I saw a bunch of hair...that's when I started to look around to see if anything else had been missed. The shower curtain was pink from mildew, the bathroom floors had dirt around the edges, there was soap scum in the shower....if that wasn't bad enough the beds that were supposed to feel like heaven felt like a rock, the temperature in the room would not go below 70 degrees and the view was of the roof. When we went downstairs to complain there was a younger girl at the desk who was very friendly. She looked and saw how much we paid and said that the rate we got was the lowest rate and was probably why we got put in a room with a roof view. We told her we wanted to speak with a manager, so she went to get a man from the back named chad. He said he was unable to give us a discount though he would send the maintance man to take care of the room. Needless to say we only survived one night and checked out in the morning.
