My boyfriend booked this cabin which sits atop of a mountain for my birthday. We stayed here for 5 days in January and was greatly impressed. Everything was clean. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and utensils from a can/bottle opener to sponges with soap to bakeware. It was too windy so we couldn't use the jacuzzi on the balcony but used the hot tub with an incredible view instead. The only complaint my boyfriend had was the fireplace has glass in front of it, so the only way to feel the heat was to stand directly in front of it. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We stayed for 3 nights at 1016 Street of Dreams one of the 3 bedroom cabins and just didn't want to leave. (although if we did it was only 15min to Gaitlinburg) After spending the previous few weeks in hotels the extra space was wonderful. The house was massive and exactly as the pictures show, we were not disappointed. The booking process was also excellent, staff go out of their way to ensure you have as much information as you need. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need if you wanted to cook. The pool table, spa and several TV's kept us well enterained. The house was spotless, everything in impecable condition and if we could permanently live here we would!

Great service beautiful cabins. Breathtaking views

We stayed at 875 Skywalk the week of Christmas. The cabin was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The view was spectacular and the owners had even decorated for Christmas. We especially enjoyed this cabin because even though it was fairly secluded, it took only about 10-12 minutes to get not only to Gatlinburg but also to Pigeon Forge. The location was perfect for us since we split our time between both. The staff at Chalet Village were very thorough and helpful.
