Needed a last minute room for new year's eve w/ a good location & that's exactly what we got. Right in the middle of town. Stayed in room 236 which was 2nd floor of last 2 story bldg in back. Hotel is pet & smoker friendly but we asked for a non-smoke/non-pet & were given such. Room was very clean w/ no odors. Lots of towels etc. Beds were good for the age & price. Lots of good pillows. Water pressure & temp was fine. Parking was tight considering the holiday but everybody had a spot. nothing to complain about. Very good experience.

i dont understand the negative reviews, maybe they are trying to improve. They certainly have in our opinion. One of the few pet friendly accomodations in Gatlinburg and on the "strip". We stayed from Christmas day for five nights in room 135. Front office staff could not have been more accomodating, friendly and professional. Room was extremely clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping and maintenance staff was on top of everything. Outdoor surroundings were neat and clean. We look forward to many stays in Gatlinburg and will not consider anywhere else. I suggest you all give them a try the next time you go to Gatlinburg. The rates are reasonable for the location. We have no complaints whatsoever and look forward to going back to Four Seasons for our next stay.

We travel in a LARGE group from different locations across the US to meet in Gatlinburg and ride our motorcycles on all of the fantastic roads in the area. Its important for us to stay in a place that can accomodate the size of our group as well as be tollerant our jubulent reunion. This means we laugh a little louder and stay up a little later than others. We couldn't have felt anymore welcome and the location was fantastic. Another must is that we are close to attractions in case of rain. If we can't ride the bikes we need something to do! True the hotel is older and has some wear to it, but the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The parking lot was more than large enough to accomodate our vehicles and trailers.

The staff was not friendly AT ALL. It really left a bad taste in my mouth because I felt like I had done something wrong just by trying to check in. We had two room and the first was average. It was about what you'd expect for the age of the building and was mostly clean and airy. The second was disgusting and WAY below average. It was dirty and needed several repairs. You wouldn't be miserable staying at this hotel, but you wouldn't be comfortable either.
