We were traveling from Monument Valley to Zion Canyon, so we stopped in Page. When I was booking this hotel, I did it because of our tight budget, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is small but clean and comfortable (simple not luxurious), perfect for one night.

After our 4 week trip to the USA and Canada I have reviewed many hotels, all of which I have given excellent ratings. This place, however is very different. It was awful....let me explain what happened.
We arrived at 12pm with a booking. We were told that we could not check in until 2pm (we are a member of wyndham rewards so we should have been able to check in early). We came back to check in at 2pm and the key didn't work, back to reception to fix it. Then we discover black hairs in the second bed. I rang reception only to be told that all housekeeping staff had finished for the day and could we move rooms. We had already unpacked and I had a horrible headache so we just wanted to stay in our room. After she said she couldn't do anything else for us, except change rooms, I demanded that the receptionist bring us clean sheets....she only bought us a bottom sheet which was so threadbare you could have put your finger through it - like the rest of the linen. We ended up sleeping altogether in one bed after all that.
The only good thing about this place was the pool. The rest is old and very tired.
The staff were so disinterested and could not have cared less.
I would emplore management to review this hotel and its' staff.
I would not recommend this place. The pics on the website make it look far nicer than it actually is.

Neg :

-There a 5$ diff on the web and the front desk (still I paid 40$ tx inc for the 23 nov 2011, 2 bed).

-Lacking electricity outlet (I had to unplug the desk lamp for plugging my laptop), the tow easy one are under the coat hanger and the bathroom.


Plus side :

-The mattress are new (tag on the side still attach) and are comfy.
-Wifi work great
-Breakfast is ok and have fruits (hours of serving are a bit short)
-Everything was clean
-Did not got disturbed by sound of other rooms or the street.
-Cloth washer and dryer (2$ for washer and .25$ for 30 mins of dryer)
-Safe in room

Would stay there again.

This place was so overpriced! Old and rundown. The ice machine was upstairs and difficult to find. There has to be a local motel that is way better than this!
