My daughter and I stayed here for a dance competition at a local community college. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The rooms are small, but clean. Through my error, we got a smoking room. Due to the dance competition, we couldn't switch, but they quickly brought an ozone room deodorizer. Area seems very safe. Maria's Ristorante 2 blocks away is nice. Free Continental breakfast includes scrambled & hard-bouled eggs and sausage patties with the usual coffee, tea, juice, bread, bagel, pastry farem parking is free but tight.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a Brooklyn Cyclones game at Coney Island. The hotel is just under three miles from the ballpark and Coney Island boardwalk, which is about as close as you're going to get. Room was clean and updated, though a bit tight. Barely room for third person's air mattress on the floor. Parking is free but limited; if you return to your room later at night you might end up parking on the street. Hotel is in a nice, safe area with some restaurants in easy walking distance. Free breakfast was standard continental fare. Great for a night or two, but probably not more than that if you have more than two people. Overall a solid, relatively inexpensive choice for the area.

I've picked this hotel because it was within walking distance from my weekend venue. Admittedly, the feel of the place is more of that of a motel. You get your basic room a few TV channels, coffee maker, a small dresser with removable (!) hangers and a fairly comfy bed. Also free parking is nice.

Overall clean enough, though i found a couple of questionable spots in my sheets. The blanket is very light, but the heating unit in the room is a beast, so temperature was not a problem. Surprisingly large and clean bathroom, the abundance of towels.

On a special note very helpful and pleasant front desk staff.

Served our purpose well for one night. If you need to stay in this particular area this is a good location and fair experience.

This is a basic hotel. Room rate is overpriced for what you get. Cancellation policy is inflexible. Once you pay in advance...no way you will ever get a refund. Small breakfast area is in basement with very limited of mini-continental selections. Room access is outdoors with a plastic tarp to reduce wind. Kinda hokey. Conclusion: While I have stayed there in the past, I will no longer stay here and can do much better somewhere else.
