Me and My spouse stayed in EVE for 5 days.We enjoyed each and every moment in eve.Being a vegetarian it was nice to have a kitchen in the house and food was replenished every day.Subway was only 10 minutes walk.The rooms were very clean and Eve was available for any help 24/7.We will definitely stay here when we visit New York next time

We really enjoyed Eve's. We were a large group and rented the 2nd floor and 3rd floor. The decor is quite fun - very lavish. There is something everywhere you look!

The size of the place is wonderful. We could really spread out and feel comfortable.

We'd definitely return. The clanking of the pipes did wake us up (this was a winter stay) so be aware you may need earplugs if you stay outside of warm weather times.

It's interesting to read what other people had for breakfast - ours was a bit more random, no eggs or juice, although I'd asked for them, and on the second morning we had to make-do with leftovers from the day before. I'm not sure what happened, as other reviewers have written their good breakfast experiences?? I guess we were just unlucky. My advice would be to try to be clear in advance about exactly what you want for breakfast and if it's not there when you check in - call Eve immediately. Our bagels were stale and there was only a small bit of cereal.

Oh - there was no shampoo in the place anywhere! Of course none of us thought to bring any. So another "beware" - bring your own toiletries!

All that aside - there are lots of towels, the bathrooms are great, the dining room was fantastic, kitchen excellent, beds comfortable, LOVED the neighborhood. About 10 minutes walking to the subway. Very convenient - we found parking RIGHT out front!

My family of 4 (wife and 2 kids) came to New York City and stayed at Eve's Place for 7 days in October. We had a wonderful time there. It was a large space and very comfortable. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. All the little things we needed for our stay were provided. After 1 night sleeping there, it really felt like being in a second home.

Eve, the owner, was very kind and gracious to us. You can tell she really cares about her guests. She always wanted to make sure we were happy. She suggested a great restaurant nearby for us that had incredible dishes. There were many different local stores in the area. The neighborhood had a lot of character and history - it was a treat to walk the streets for fun and exploration.

During the day we visited many tourist spots in Manhattan and then came back to Brooklyn to rest for the evening. The area is very quiet and safe. The train is only 3 blocks away and it was very easy to get to any part of Manhattan and Brooklyn quickly.

I only wish we had more time to spend in NYC. This was a great alternative to a hotel. I highly recommend Eve's Place to everyone.

the flat is very big and confortable. Eve is very nice. The flat is very near the subway.
The district is quite. New York is a extraordinary city.
To sum up , it was a wonderful trip.
