I tried to call one week before my time in Brooklyn - just to check the availability of two rooms for one night and was not even able to get the info about what rooms might be available. Also was not allowed to reserve a room!

The first thing the person on the phone said was, "The rooms are $100 a night!" So? I know how much rooms cost in the area... I have checked the reviews! How unprofessional.

We walked in off the street just visiting the city, and the woman was very sweet, told us about the jacuzzi room for $140.
Cheap, because after staying there i would pay double! that jacuzzi is huge and right near the bed!!
Gave me enough bubbles to last a week, and the room was beautiful, bed was clean and compfortable,Cable, and everything i needed was right down the hall, extra pillows towels ect...
We are going back this weekend just so we can stay there for 2 nights this time!!!!

This was my first time staying in Brooklyn and a friend from the USA told me about this motel. The front desk staff were very friendly and explained the rules and regulations well. I paid $100 a night and stayed for 3 nights, my room was a good size and I had a queen size bed that was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and had sufficent face and body towel which where also very clean. The carpet in my room was fine. There are plenty of food take away shops very near by which I found very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

We spent three nights June 26- 28 at the Galaxy Motel. It was clean and there was enough parking out back. The rooms was okay except the carpet floor did not feel good on my foot. I had to wear house shoes all the time. The receptionist was very clear about the rules for checking in and payment. There was an ice machine on the second floor near the elevator. Its a good hotel and want break your pocket book. It was easy to get in and out of driving that is. Sorry did not take a picture of the hotel.
