All Seasons is a lovely B&B in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a short walk from the downtown area of Fairbanks. In a building that appears built to be a B&B, All Seasons has a number of rooms (all with their own baths) as well as two dining areas and three rooms in which to relax. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. They offer wi-fi as well as a guest computer in one of the public rooms; there were magazines and books for guests to enjoy as well as coffee, tea, cocoa. Breakfast was very good. We spent just one night here, as we were headed off to Denali with friends, but would definitely recommend it for a long or short stay.

We stayed here for two nights when we arrived in Alaska. The room was very comfortable. There was a computer which could be used by everyone - although we had to be very quiet since there was an occupied room next to the computer room.
Breakfasts were already portioned out on plates, unlike other places where we have stayed where we could take as much as we wanted and not have on our plate foods which we don't eat. Other than the suggestion to have the food buffet style (I had to ask for toast the second day as I do not eat what was served), I had no complaints and enjoyed my stay.

Mary was very helpful and provided great breakfast food!

I recently spent 5 nights at this B & B. Mary is the perfect host. She readily provides information about the City and surrounding area and answers questions.

Mary serves a delicious breakfast that is plentiful and beautifully presented.

The B & B is extremely clean, quiet and feels like "home away from home". There is 24-hour access to coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

The B & B is conveniently located within walking distance to several great restaurants.

On the mornings that I had to leave before breakfast due to my scheduled activity and/or flight, Mary was graious enough to pack me a breakfast to go.

I would not hesitate to recommend this great B & B to any individual travelling to Alaska. It was a great find.
