My husband and I were extremely surprised to see all the negative comments about this motel. It's hard to believe that people can stay in the same place and have such different experiences. The hall carpet was a bit grubby but the room itself was spotless and comfortable. I was aware that there was a strip club in the area but we never heard a thing. Breakfast the next morning was fine, no complaints here. We never used the pool, hot tub or exercise room so I can't speak to those but we found the staff helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again or recommend it to others.

Dirty sheets, ice bucket had a hole, no hangers, wake up call failed twice, hallways dank and dingy, 1st night was evacuated for false fire alarm which is fine , but they never did a head count - had there been a real fire what would have happened, desk staff sometimes rude. Do not, I repeat do not stay at this establishmet

The strip club across the street was the least of my complaints. My kids wanted to go swimming but the pool was disgusting and the water temp was so cold that I put my foot in the water and it was numb shortly after. Bed was harder than plywood and the room had a urine smell. I would recommend staying somewhere else. It was pet friendly which allowed us to bring our dog and that was nice.

We stayed here for a week when we first moved to Fairbanks. We were referred here by military hotel which as booked. It is right next to a strip club and I have 3 kids, so I was not happy about the location. Our first night there, there was an attempted robbery of the front desk. Our TV in our room did not work. We switched rooms, but the new room was constantly hot. Even though there was a thermostat on the wall, it did not work. It was like a sauna in our room all the time. The internet is slow and not free. The final straw was the water being shut off for a day. We moved to another hotel down the road and were much happier. To this day, when ever I pass this hotel, I cringe.
