Beautifully maintained property. I enjoyed the cabin theme with individual patios. River view cottages are a premium. Recently updated interiors add to the overall excellence of the property. Not many other places in Fairbanks can compete with Rivers Edge. Great food as well...I especially loved the Alaskan themed Chenas with the family history documented throughout the building.

The cottages are well planned and updated details. While I was there the wireless internet connections were being upgraded and that was a good thing. We were pleasantly surprised with beautiful blooming flowers in September. The place was easy to find and a good base for our excursions. The season was winding down for everyone and the attention to details were still in place. I will enjoy returning, I hope the weather is as good nest time too.

Traveled with 5 adults. We all were very pleased with the accomodations at the River's Edge. Cottages are not fancy but very clean and well kept. Very nice walking path next to the river that goes between their RV Park and a restaurant which overlook the river. Employees were very friendly and cordial. I would recommend a tasty and reasonably priced breakfast buffet in the main building. We were only there for one night prior to going on a cruisetour. This property is just a few miles from the airport but it was very quiet and peaceful. Great choice for a down day to relax after a long flight to Alaska. They also have a nice gift shop with reasonably priced items. Complimentary shuttle from the airport and were kind enough to bring us a mile down the road to a resort where our cruisetour began. The pictures on-line are representative. I would have enjoyed staying longer.

We really loved to stay in this hotel. Very friendly front desk people, convenience location, close to the airport.
