The hotel is new construction and was very clean. However, they were still doing some construction on the front doors and there were cold drafts blowing down the halls. We didn't get the ground floor room we reserved, but did get the same style on another floor. They didn't provide linens for the sofa bed, but the front desk staff accomodated us upon request. The amenities smell a little odd. I walked around with my hair smelling like cinnamon all day, which I didn't really care for. Breakfast in the morning was not too bad. I would stay here again, but would bring my own shampoo and lotion.

We went here on new years night, room was very clean and the hottub in the room was awsome we waited a bit for it to fill up but it was worth it wonderfull room,

I experienced another wonderful stay in Fairbanks while staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Room is comfortable, very clean and was kept at a comfortable temperature especially in -40 degree weather when I was there. I slept like a baby. Staff were also very pleasant and offered great information on local restaurants. Wireless internet worked great as well. Great breakfast and Great service. I'd recommend it.

OMG! Our stay was soo wonderful, relaxing, and VERYYY comfortable!! I invited some of my girlfriends from my home state to come visit FINALLY. A friend told me about Holiday Inn, by far the nicest hotel in town!!!! We got a Hot Tub Suite and it was lots of space, big as hot tub, big as flat screen! They front desk crew was the best!! Verry friendly i think i talked to a girl and a guy @ one time during my stay! We just want to thank them for a awesome time!
