Stopped here for one night on my way from NY to FL. I could not relax in this hotel, I may as well not have stopped at all as I pretty much didn't sleep anyway. The rooms are old and dated, which always makes me question cleanliness. Walls paper thin so you could here the tv in the next room all night. The worst part though was the doors joining the two rooms. It's been said in other reviews, there are no locks on the door knobs
joining your room to the stranger's in the next room. Just a lock like you would put on a closet (like half a step
up from a hook and eye lock). I did not feel safe, and the room 'felt' dirty if that makes sense to anyone. On
the plus side, when I woke up there were quite a few families there (probably traveling the same route I was) and that I found comforting. Also, no bed bugs, which was a huge concern of mine!

If you value your life and well being, don"t ever go near this place. The motel owner and staff are extremely rude and discourteous. The appearance is that of a homeless shelter. I have never been exposed to such vile conditions inside the US borders......

I book this hotel because it offered a pool and the pool was closed. The breakfast was also disapointing.

The room in itself wasn't that horrible but the experience was! First off we had a small child with us and they gave us a room that didn't have a safety lock on the main door and there was a door to a joining room which had people in it and no more than a bed room door knob to stop a stranger from coming in in the middle of the night. We were traveling at night when we checked in and the lady at the front desk gave us a late checkout time but then 5min after check out time we got a phone call to see if we were leaving which just annoyed me. On top of that the toilet overflowed and it took them 20min to send some one to our room (who didn't speak or understand English at all) to fix it but they didn't bring a plunger, mop or CLEANER!!! And then they had to call the front desk to find out how to mop it up! So they wind up using our towels so we asked them for more so we could shower and they didn't want to give us any more so we had to fight with the front desk for clean towels because we needed extra ones to put on the floor for when we steped out of the shower b/c they refused to use bleach or amonia , they squirted about an ounce of window cleaner on the floor and walked out! It was HORRIBLE! I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN MY CAR!!!!!!
