My husband and I stayed at Ann St. B&B just last weekend. We stayed in the 'suite' and absolutely loved it! It has a bedroom, private bath and parlor w/ a fireplace. You cannot get a better location in Fells Point! You are within walking distance of everything. Bars, shops, retaurants are all just around the corner. The house is great and Joanne cooks an awesome breakfast! We felt like we were staying with relatives. I can't wait to go back! I'd say the only downside was that there are no TV's in the room. But really, who needs TV in such a beautiful setting! Please tell Joanne that her Texas visitors say Hello!

My husband and I spent a 'getaway weekend' at Ann Street. We were most taken by Joanne and Andrew, the proprieters. Turns out this is the house Andrew grew up in, and they had many stories of the old neighborhood. Fells Point is a great place to stay in Baltimore, and we would prefer to be at Ann Street B & B over the more "trendy"/modern places available. We really felt like we were a part of the neighborhood.

The rooms were pleasant and truly in keeping with the vintage of the house. Simple and comfortable--the food was amazing. We would stay here again, and probably will.

What a wonderful place to stay!!! It was like staying with friends. Our room was beautiful. We had our bathroom and our backdoor looked out into the graden. The breakfast was fabulous. My boyfriend wants to go back just to eat. Not to mention the location is fabulous. I can't wait to go back!!!

This is a wonderful B&B. The owners are friendly and make you feel very much at home. It is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The breakfast alone is worth the stay! We plan on returning for more stays in the future.
