49 nurses, for a reunion of Franklin Square Nurses Association, and the hotel was so helpful and nice. We could not ask for more. Thanks to all the staff who went out of their way to help us, clean rooms, fresh breakfast. Thank you!!!!!!

Rude, threatening, and frankly crazy night desk staff "Angie," who calls on bouncer-like other staff to support her craziness. Do not stay at this hotel if you value your safety, especially if you are are woman. I was a tired, professional, polite, middle-aged woman driver who pulled off Route 95 when driving, tired, late on a Sunday night, to get a room to sleep the rest of the night before continuing my travel. I was denied an available room mid check-in by extremely rude staff. Something very strange was going on in this hotel before I even walked in the door. Note to self: if you walk into an establishment and the staff angrily and irritatingly asks what they can do for you, turn around and walk out immediately, no matter how tired you are...they only get angrier from there once they've a "guest" upon which to take out whatever's bugging them. Truly "incredible" staff - never seen the like before, hope to never encounter such again.

This hotel is located near Baltimore, and is adjacent to the White Marsh shopping center. It's easy to get to and is convenient for all travelers.
The manager, Ms. Taylor, greeted us warmly and welcomed us back to the motel. She had helped me with our reservation, and Hilton is lucky to have her in their employ.
The room was comfortable and quiet. When we were ready for dinner, the hotel "trolley" took us to the restaurant and brought us back after dinner. How nice that was after a long day of driving! The restaurant had been "suggested" by the staff, and was lovely.
The breakfast area was well equipped and offered a large variety, from cereals to omlettes to waffles and everything in between. The breakfast staff made sure that guests had everything they needed.
We would gladly return to this Hampton Inn. The staff and the hotel were great.

My husband, daughter, her fiancee and I stayed here for the weekend of April 24th for some pre wedding activities and visiting family. There is another suite hotel in the area which was approx $100 more a night. This was perfect! We had the queen suite. The rooms were very clean. There is a sink area in the living area with mirror and overhead light, which allows someone to get ready while another is in the bathroom. There are two flat screen TVs, one in the living area, one in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. Even the sleep sofa was comfortable. The wireless internet came in handy also.

The hot breakfast was decent, even more so since it's included in the room cost. There is always hot fresh coffee in the lobby and fresh fruit, no cost. There is even a laundry available to guests, no cost.

The staff was excellent!!! Very kind, thoughtful and helpful. We needed a cork screw, we called the front desk to ask if they had one. One was delivered and he even offered to show us how to use it or even open the bottle for us. They also quickly and with a smile delivered extra pillows.

The location was very convenient. You can walk to The Avenue where there are shops and restaurants. Ikea is within walking distance. The mall is within walking distance, too, even though a little longer walk.... across the large mall parking lot. But the weather was excellent, so we chose to walk and enjoy the warmth and sunshine. It's convenient to the Beltway, 695, and to I-95.

They are in the process of building a fire pit out back, near the pool. And they are presently doing some redecorating of the lobby area. I highly recommend this hotel!!
