We had reservations for this hotel for 2 nights, 2 rooms. We booked them 2 months ahead of time. We arrived to check in and Michael at the front desk told us we only had 1 of the rooms for 1 night. We had our reservations with us and he still refused to acknowledge the rooms. We went outside to discuss it and went back in only to be told he would cancel our reservations. How rude, they were already paid for. We were given king suites which was unacceptable because we had 2 grown men with us (sons). They would not give us a double. I had to find someone else to help me and she gave us a room key and we opened it to find someone was already in the room, how embarrassing. We finally got our room only to find out the elevators were broken so we had to carry everything up to the second floor. The restaurant and bar never opened. The carpets were dirty.
On the positive side, the were very comfortable beds and very large rooms, close to restaurants and shopping and right beside I95.
Nobody at this hotel would let us talk to a manager about this. Obviously it does not matter to these people what you book and pay for it you do not get there early they will not guarantee any certain type room they will just put you in one. Be careful of this hotel, staff is horrible, it is such as shame since rooms are big and nice. Did not feel safe after they gave us and several other people keys to other peoples rooms.
