I was in Jacksonville,Fl to see My daughter for the day,when the day got away from me,I thought I would get a room for the night and go home the next day.We drove around for an hour or so when we came up to a group of hotels in a courtyard,we drove around and saw the red roof inn ,we pulled in,but the parking lot was littered with trash,at that point I saw the Extended Stay,it looked clean.I had been running into rude people all day and thought that was what was to come in here,but the service was excellent and the price was right.The room was big and well set-up.From now on I will be looking for an Extended Stay where ever I need a room. Highly Recommended!

All in all everything was great. Clean courteous and well kept. The only improvement needed is a better mattress. Was a little like sleeping on a board. But then I have super plush at home so may be a little spoiled.

The checkin and checkout process was quick and easy. The bed was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

I will always stay at this hotel. The staff are Great! Check-in and Check-out are easy and quick.

This time I recieved a room that smell of smoke, so I called the front desk to ask for a room change.

In less than 5 minutes, I was in a different room and the staff member checked to make sure everything was to my liking.
She also told me to call if I needed anything else.

This was all done with a cheerful attitude.

The rooms are clean and comfortable with a great price.
