This hotel is a great inexpensive option for cruisers needing a place to stay before or after. They have free airport shuttle, and shuttle to Jaxport. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms could have used a little more attention. The pool looked nice, even though we didn't have time to use it. We stayed the night before a cruise, $44 including tax and free breakfast. On our return from the cruise we use the room to rest and relax for the day since our plane didn't leave until late afternoon.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times for a pre-cruise night. If you are sailing out of Jacksonville FL this is the place to stay. The hotel is nice, the breakfast is great and the van ride to the ship saves you a lot of time and stress. It is nice to leave your car at the hotel and not have to worry with parking your car and getting to the ship.
When the ship returns they pick you up and then you are back at the hotel to get your car.

The ladies at the front desk were pleasant & accommodating (getting us a room on the floor & side of the building we requested); they called our room after we were settled in to see how we liked the room. The room was spotless & seemed to have been recently upgraded. It was nice to have an iron, hair-dryer & small coffee pot already in the room. Any requests we had were promptly taken care of, including our need of the free airport shuttle both to & from the hotel. The pool was very clean & uncrowded and the free breakfast was just fine. Sonny's Barbecue restaurant was fabulous & only 1-2 blocks from the hotel. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to friends. Thank you!

Our family was riding with my husband on a trip to make a work delivery. This was one of the only places we could find in Jacksonville that had truck parking available.

The room smelled like a wet dog. Inside the shower, the curtain was moldy. We had to go back up front for towels and toilet paper. The tv screen was messed up and everything was green. Got into bed and felt something crawling.. .turned the light on, to find it was a lizard.

I expected traffic and some noise since we were located near the airport, but that wasn't what kept me awake- it was the constant partying going on in the parking lot, with loud motorcycles coming and going all night.

Overall, not impressed. The only good thing was the breakfast- they had waffle makers.
