I normally hate airport hotels, but this location was so nice. I love the Marriott brand and know what to expect. What made this super nice was the service and friendly staff. Love the policy for long term parking. We took a 10 day trip and stayed pre and post trip, which made flying out of JAX bearable. Great mall just down the road had great shopping and food.

We arrived early to the hotel and the staff was very nice and allowed us to check in early. They also offered FREE shuttle service to a shopping center close by so we could grab lunch and do a little shopping! Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and modern. No complaints. We got the cruise package which was a wonderful value offering shuttle service to the port and then to the airport when we came back. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Kind of feel odd writing a review as we were only there for 8 hours (2:00 am arrival; 9:00 am departure) but as the Springhill provided everything we needed for a quick overnight stay, I felt compelled to write the review even though we weren't there long. Due to flight delays, we didn't arrive to the Jacksonville airport until 2:00 am (yawn). However, big kudos to the airport shuttle which was there quick and easy, with a friendly driver. Short shuttle ride to the Springhill, speedy check-in, fall into bed as soon as possible. A quick trip back to the airport the next morning with the available shuttle ... other than sleeping overnight at the airport, this was probably the next best thing at a very reasonable rate. Very convenient, very efficient airport shuttle, and a check-in/out procedure that recognizes the needs and priorities (quick & convenient) of an airport traveller.

We stayed here for a couple of nights prior to a cruise. Hotel was very nice, large room, breakfast was good. Everything was spotless. Staff was very helpful and professional. Location was excellent. Price was reasonable,We left our car at VIP parking which was less than a mile from the hotel and took their shuttle to the terminal which was not far away either. There are several restaurants close to the hotel, also a very large shopping center nearby.
