If your looking for a nice place to stay , dont come here . This is the dirtiest hotel i have ever seen . The carpets and walls are filthy , the bathroom doors are falling apart and you cant close them or lock them . The maid service is horrible , they never stop at your room to see if you need service . And if you give them dirty towels in return for clean ones , they never return with them . The television is so dark you cant see the picture and forget asking them to fix it . They will say ' its suppose to be like that . They have microwaves that almost catch fire and the wall outlets are so loose , nothing will stay plugged in . Forget the wifi connection , your lucky if you can keep a signal . I rate this hotel a negative 0 . I will never come back ! Also the city needs to investigate this place . Its a fire hazard . And if you want to relax at the pool , well good luck . They have prostitutes lounging in almost nothing while families are there with their children .

“Disgustingly dirty theives”

On Monday I was leaving on a week cruise from Port of Jacksonville. My son and his wife drove me to Jax on Sunday where I was to spend the night and then catch a taxi to the port. I had booked through Expedia. When we got in Jax and saw the unkept landscaping, abandoned parking lot, my son went inside. It was filthy dirty and the Pakistanis running it were not friendly or accommodating. My son came out and said, "You are not staying here." I immediately phoned Expedia and cancelled. Then I go get another hotel room. Next morning I get on the cruise. While I was in the Atlantic Ocean, Executive Inn charged my debit card $62.02. So I was charged over the $54 it was supposed to be and an additional charge. I never even checked into the room and it was cancelled. They are DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY THEIVES AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I am back from a week's cruise and still dealing with this criminal act. G. N. Beaty,
