Sun Suites was perfect for us. We had a really clean room and comfortable bed. Our room had a kitchen which we used each evening during our stay. It worked out great for us and helped us save some money since we did not eat out each evening. The staff was really nice and made us feel welcome. Sun Suites has to be the best value in the Jacksonville area and we look forward to returning later this year.

The room I stayed here was relatiely clean. No housekeeping at all. They do no change towels.

They called me 10 pm to swipe my credit card. Strange another reviewer pointed out the same.

Locattion is fine. If you have tight budget stay here.

The place wasn't as bad as other reviewers found. But I wish I had seen the reviews before I stayed there, because I'd have skipped it. The room was dingy. Not everything works. Even for a one-night stay while traveling, it's not one I'll revisit.

The Health Department should shut this place down. This place is filthy, has bugs running around, even in the beds. Customer service is a joke. The prostitutes and the drug dealses/users, I am sure feel at home but this is not the place for decent normal human beings to stay. The owners of this place should be ashamed and forced to live here in the rooms as they are now until they remodle and clean this place up. Serious health hazards exist here. STAY AWAY!
