I travel often for business and often stay at economy hotels but, have never experienced anything like this....

It was about 11pm when I checked into my room. I was tired and ready to fall asleep. I layed my coat down and took of my shoes. Immediately fleas started jumping all over my white socks!!! I mean at least 30 fleas on each sock!!

The hotel staff moved me to another room. Smelled of smoke!! The walls were nearly yellow... I suffered through the stinch at least no fleas! I went to get in the shower (the water was nice and hot) Bath tub started filling up because of a massive blonde hair ball wrapped around the drain.



This hotel is disgusting. The hotel staff didnt care about the complaints. They charged my credit card for a suite!! LOL GET REAL!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!

Very pleasant stay with nice amenities. Has a nice large selection of breakfast items. I was on the top floor facing north. My stay was quiet the entire time. Each room has a 4.0 cu.ft. frig,, microwave, hair dryer, and a tea/coffee maker. Each room also has Wii Fi high speed internet access. The rooms have the new LCD TV's or the 23" conventional TV with cable including free HBO. Each room comes with a dining table plus a dinette table that one can use for your computer or desk. You can relax in the pool or jacuzzi. There is an exercise room with a cycle machine and walking machine while you watch TV. The premises are monitored thru-out with security cameras. There is a public computer one can use with internet access if you didnt bring yours from home.
There are several restaurants within walking distance of the motel. There is a SuperWalmart one-half mile away.

-Easy to get to off I-40
-Rooms: Spacious, clean, comfortable. Slept 5 in a double queen with plenty of room to move around in room.
-Accepts pets
-Pool, hot tub, and pool area: Heated, indoor, and wonderful!!! Very clean, towels available in pool area.
-Continental Breakfast: Adequate, great for the teenage boys
-Staff: Very friendly and helpful
-Location: Safe area, lighted parking lot with plenty of space

We had an accessible room that had a bathtub, not a roll-in shower. Room was clean and well equipped, but the real find was a local Mexican restaurant called La Cafecita. A good reason to stop in Grants, New Mexico.
