Our family booked 2 rooms and found both clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kind. It is not a new hotel. We enjoyed being in easy walking distance of all of the sites and the downtown area. We had a very early breakfast and found it to be well stocked.

My husband and I stayed here two nights while sightseeing in Gettysburg. We found the location to be wonderful! We could walk to restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and roomy. We had a room in a separate building, and it had a porch with chairs--perfect for relaxing in the evening and people watching. We were very happy with it! We did eat the breakfast and found it just average. There's not a lot of room in the breakfast area (it's upstairs from the lobby), maybe 6 or 7 small tables, but we always managed to find a place to sit. My husband used the wi-fi with no problem. We noticed the computer in the lobby for guests to use, but we didn't try it. We had little dealings with the staff because once we checked in, we needed little, but they were nice and answered the questions we asked.
I would definitely stay here again.

I am not a super picky person, I like comfortable, CLEAN hotels when I travel and this IS NOT A CLEAN PLACE.
I wanted to take my husband and daughter on a nice weekend getaway. I made reservations at this hotel (going by the ratings) I should have known better because the girl at the front desk when I called to make the reservation was snappy. We arrived around 10:00 in the evening, tired and ready to relax after a long ride and all day at work. After several minutes of trying to figure out where to put us, the front desk clerk put us in a room in another building. We took our luggage inside.. and started getting ready to settle in for the night. We noticed that the room smelled dirty .looking around it WAS NOT the cleanest. My daughter crawled into her bed and the mattress sunk in the middle..she is 5'2 and small. I am looking at my husband who is getting ready to crawl into bed and he has hair all over his pillow and he hasn't even put his head on it yet! We stayed the rest of the night due to being so tired... and YES the bed was miserable..if we moved we rolled toward the middle of the bed. All during the night there was just that "dirty" smell in the room. The continental breakfast is not even worth mentioning.. there was cereal all over the place and it looked like a huge mess. We skipped breakfast and checked out needless to say will never stay again!

just came back from this travelodge...the place was clean and pet friendly.. Some of the staff needs some help in the people skills dept. as they were pretty rude and nasty.. the place has some rooms with porches try and get one they are worth it!!!! great location only had to move my car once the entire weekend..The breakfeast is limited and only had two toasters to accomdate the entire hotel so you have to wait to use it..
