Staff is very friendly, great bunch of people. However, service in the restaurant and bar are terrible. VERY slow. Food is sometimes cold. I have had a waitress disappear forever and a new one in her place. Showers are usually plugged up and the toilets seem to be hit or miss if they flush. Ceiling leaks if you get a room on the 12th (top) floor. Rooms are relatively clean. Terrible old TVs that you can barely read/see anything on. The Heat/AC units do not work properly (blows cold air when heat is turned on, happened in multiple rooms I've stayed) Most of the room doors do not shut all the way, I'm sure it would be easy to break in to one so don't leave anything too nice in your room all day. Wi-FI is terribly slow and hard to get a connection, you need to connect to the network cable at the room desk. The moat out front smells interesting. The concierge lounge is nice but has minimal food most the time. At least the drinks are good, you'll need one staying here. Comfortable beds though!!
