dishonest and misrepersented about parking my confirmation says free private parking on site reservation is not needed i had to pay 6.95 per day

Chose the Microtel based on price, proximity to the airport and travelers reviews. We booked two rooms for three people. We wished we had been warned how appropriate the name "Micro" fit this hotel. Our room was barely large enough to walk around the full-size bed. Really not that comfortable for two people. The bathroom toilet seat kept falling down in both rooms, so there is a flaw in the design. Our sheets seemed way to small and kept coming up at the corners of the bed, they also had a cigarette burn in them, The top cover on the bed had ink marks and the light in the bathroom was burned out. We had to keep the heat light going to see in the bathroom. We were greeted by cigarette buts were at the elevator entrance on the floor. The hotel was quiet, breakfast- basic but adequate, staff very pleasant, they apologized for the problems but said the reasons for the problems were the guests that stayed there. The hotel is trying - but we would not re-book...Especially when in actuality, they charge $20 more for a room that is not pre-paid.

My husband and I stayed at the microtel at the phila airport Sunday, 01/08. although the room was very small, it was perfect for a quick overnight stay before departing for Mexico the next day.

All employees were very pleasant and helpful. It is also clean and well maintained. The drivers for the airport shuttles were professional and friendly.

We will def. stay here again when flying out of Phila.

we were headed out of town for 2 weeks, with a very early flight and I didn't want to spend a fortune on airport parking. found park sleep fly website. They package a hotel rooms with 1 and 2 weeks of parking for pretty reasonable rate. Microtels 2 weeks of pkg and a room for 1night was $119. You can book it thru hotel directly but it is $10 more. Lot is not gated but with our old car we weren't overly concerned. Rooms are very basic but we were only there a total of 8 hours so it did not matter. Only negative was our wake up call never came, we had also set the alarm clock, but it must have been set to something on low, as you could barely hear it, so you might want to have your own alarm. Shuttle runs every half hour to airport, about a mile away.
