This hotel has gone under a complete revamp. The old decor was dated, it is now fresh, clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable with a duvet and plenty of pillows. Bathrooms are bright and clean. The bathrooms have a blow dryer and a magnifying mirror. Our room had a refrigerator and flat screen tv and free wi-fi. You can see that a lot of thought went into the color scheme, style & the design. I would recommend this hotel highly. Oh and staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant is still not open but word is that it should open May 2012.

Our stay at the Latham was great. The location is excellent, the room was modern and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The staff even found a room for my daughter to practice--she had an audition at Temple the next day.

We stayed at the Latham Hotel on New Year's Eve. The staff was so nice and helpful. We arrived early and were able to check in right away. The room was modern and elegant. The bed was so comfortable that we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The bathroom was modern with Neutrogena products. They offer coffee and juice in the morning near the reception area and there is a 24 hour fitness room. The Latham is located on South 17th Street and Walnut, which is only a block away from Rittenhouse Square and great shopping outside the door on Walnut Street. We met friends here and all of us enjoyed our stay at the the Latham. Can't wait to visit Philly and the Latham again!

We stayed on 12/1/11 for a funeral and our stay was phenominal! Even though we did not have much time to relax the staff helped make our trip go very smooth. The doorman Taylor hailed us a taxi and it was waiting for us when we came down. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and Alison was a doll! From the rooms to the lobby everything was spotlessly clean! The newly renovated rooms were beautiful and we had a great view of Walnut. We will definitley be back!
