It is always a flip of a coin for me when I need a hotel close to the Philly Airport between Sheraton Suites and Aloft. This time Sheraton Suites won the toss and they proved to be a great choice.

Early check-in was not a problem. The room was spacious and clean. They now have a functioning restaurant. The shuttle service is timely.

This hotel is extremely convenient to the airport and is easily accessible. The suite was starting to show some age yet was very roomy and clean and I found the service personell to be kind and efficient. The fitness center was well stocked and was never crowded. I was not impressed with the menu at the restaurant so I chose to eat outside of the hotel. I also tend to grumble about having to pay for parking (7.00 per day) and internet (10.00) at these "nicer" hotels when budget hotels tend to include these ammenities. Overall, I would return to this hotel due to it's convenient location, friendly staff and clean comfortable accomodations.

I travel a lot for work, and I stay in numerous hotels all over the country. This one, although affordable and in a convenient location, had numerous issues. First: the internet. Could not connect in the room and had to sit in the lobby or at their business center (5 computers and a printer), which when you need to work, is not so convenient. Secondly, the hotel needs desperately to be updated. The carpet is old. The wallpaper is old. The counter top in my bathroom was peeling. There were chipped tiles in the shower and there was some mildew.

The room was large, and the bed was comfortable, but I don't know if that makes up for the rest.

Perhaps I did not order the right thing, but I really was not happy with the food at their restaurant.

I have to say that the service was good, both at the front desk and at the restaurant. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt.

All in all, not the worst hotel in the world, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The staff was very nice, and gave us a night of free parking, but we probably won't stay here again... the building is very old with all the rooms looking into the cavernous center where every conversation echos. It reminded me of a prison. It needs to be torn down and re-built.
