“Fantastic”

I stayed there thinking it would only be for one night. Let me start with the one downside The restaurant there just seemed not available enough. The bellboy more than makes up for it. I went down the street to this fabulous place call Di Brunos. Di Brunos had the most delicious caviar, my favorite goat gouda, and tasty fresh canolis. I stayed in during the snow and one thing was missing the CHAMPAGNE. No prob there, the bellboy went to go to the store for me and brought the bottle to my room. Funny thing is he even left before I could tip him. I of course I called him back.lol They rewired my room because the cable wouldn't work for my computer and I was not staying in a suite just a regular standard room and saw to me having a refrigerator to store my left-over delectable's. This was absolutely one of my best experiences away from home. I can be a little demanding though not a petulant DIVA. I had to ask the manager if I was recieving special treatment and his reply was" we value all our guests."
In a time when customer service standards are slipping away and the very fabric of what once made America great has started to look frayed this place is exemplary of what we as a nation should be. A nation of people dedicated to excellence and to pride in who we are. A Nation United as there staff was completely working as a team. They took pride in themselves and in there establishment and made that place my home away from home. I give them two thumbs up and my personal stamp of approval. They will go the extra mile to accommodate you and when you push and believe me I push they smile and say let me see what I can do. KUDOS Club Quarters keep up the excellent work!
Respectfully,
Diosa

Rooms are nice and clean, each room has some nice books. Free wifi at the hotel, free coffee at the lobby and computers which can be used for free. Nice location- right in City Center and close to train station. Nice neighborhood.

“Great value for your money”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 January 2012

A great business hotel with a European feel. The only complaints I have is that they charged $35 dollars for a late check-out (45 min late) and when I called to change a reservation it was just after 12 and I was charged an extra nights fee. But I can also understand these charges as I'm sure it keeps their costs down.

The rooms are nice with personal touches such as books that you can read. On every floor there is a filtered water dispenser with empty plastic bottles for free. The bathrooms doesn't have a bath tub, only a shower which I prefer so I was very happy for that. Maybe in the suites there are bath tubs.

I would definitely stay there again.

“Love this hotel!”

I lived in Philadelphia for 5 years, and when I come to visit friends, I like to stay downtown to be a "part of the city" again. Unfortunately, most of the downtown hotels are WAY too expensive. I took a chance on the Club Quarters because I recognized that it's in a safe neighborhood, right in Center City, and was very affordable, especially in comparison to all the ritzy downtown alternatives.
It's not 5 stars - but it's very clean, has a friendly, professional staff, and excellent location. The garage parking service is also convenient, as parking in this area of the city is impossible. The single rooms are small, but the cost difference makes up for it. You won't find a more affordable hotel that is worth staying in, anywhere in the city! I've stayed here 3 times.

“It worked for what we needed”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 January 2012

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. It was the first hotel we stayed at on our trip. We had never been to Philadelphia before and definitely weren't looking for anything fancy or expensive since we knew we would be out most of the time exploring the city. The room was very small, but if you don't care about size then it won't matter. Also, the bathroom and shower were very small as well. It wouldn't be too comfortable for more than 1 person to be in there at a time. However, for the location and the decent price compared to other hotels in the area, it worked just fine. Also, the elevator is very small to fit a lot of people and their suitcases in and at the time we were there, the elevator was being worked on so we had to use the stairs a few times.

The hotel is near many restaurants and stores, and is within walking distance of the historical places that you'd want to see in Philadelphia (if you're up for walking). All in all, it worked out just fine if you're looking for just a place to stay with the basic amenities.

Room Tip: Our room did not have a "view," but we did not care about that or request anything in part...
