Stayed here for 6 nights. Hotel is getting a little dated. It is in a good location right downtown.Plenty of food within a few blocks (local, no chains). rooms were clean and maintained. TV was old Tube style. Bed was med soft/firm. bathroom was clean with good hot water. No problems

The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Philadelphia, rooms are REALLY spacious, fully equipped, staff is absolutely kind gentle and always ready to help in any way.
Maybe it should be time to renovate a little bit but sill keeping a high level.
Car park is available in the same building and is only valet parking and unfortunately quite expensive although has a connection with the hotel (you can charge the room too).
The Pub English style at ground level of the hotel has great selection of beers and decent food, serves also breakfasts not same level as the hotel, anyway.

It was so nice to stay at a hotel where the front desk staff actually knew directions and made recommendations for places to go in the neighborhood. The staff was always really helpful, the room was perfect - and so quiet, I couldn't believe I was in downtown Philadelphia. I ordered room service and it was there fast and hot. It will definitely be my new place to stay when I am in Philly.

I've stayed at lot's of Crown Plaza's around the world and I must say that this one is feeling tired. It definitely needs a refresh.

It's a standard US business hotel but my bathroom was tiny. Also for the price that you pay you would at least think that you would get some quality goodies in your room.

It's well located and it has great service.

In addition to the oldish feeling of the hotel, the restaurant that is attached to it (Elephant and Castle Pub and Restaurant) is awful. I had the worst food there during my stay in Philadelphia. Fortunately there are lot's of great restaurants in the neighborhood.
