Older Property seems well maintained, good service, quiet for immediately adjacent to airport, in second floor room nothing was square - light fixtures, outlets, grates, etc were all off horizontal or vertical, not damaged or bad, just not good from perspective! Did have flat screen, though very small for room size, and very limited TV channels for a Hilton.

I would like to first thank you for choosing our hotel during your recent visit to Philadelphia, but also thank you for the feedback regarding our service and our facilities. I make it a point to review all comments regarding our hotel. The only way we can improve what we do is with feedback, both positive and constructive, from our guests!!
Thank you for the kind words you made regarding our service and team. It means a lot to us that guests can see the pride we take in providing the absolute best guest experience we can offer. Having said that, I wanted to address a few items you brought up in reference to the property itself. We are well aware of the fact that some of our product is a little dated and needs to be refreshed - so we are acting on that feedback!! Over the next 12 months, we will be making improvements in order to freshen up our hotel - new carpet, wallpaper, etc. is to be included. This will give our team the opportunity to provide a great experience from our service to our modern facilities. As you said, we do operate a well maintained and well serviced hotel, but these updates will enhance what we already do. As far as the size of our HD LCD televisions is concerned, our units are the same size that you will find in most other Hilton properties as we all must meet the same standard on size. We are in the midst of enhancing our channel selection as we speak and expect to have that upgrade completed in the next 60 days!!
Again, thank you for your feedback. We take guest comments very seriously as they are the best gauge for us to know what we can do better - as we constantly want to improve in what we do. I do hope that you choose our hotel the next time your travels bring you to Philadelphia.
