This hotel was a typical Residence Inn which means a nice room at a good price. The free breakfast was quite good and the staff working in that area provided excellent service. The front desk staff gave us good options for local dining which was most appreciated.

There was an ice storm the morning we left and the staff was right on top of it. The area was salted and cleaned right away. The front desk staff sent a log to our room for our fireplace which was a nice touch. I would definately go back to this lovely city and this hotel again.

I stayed here for a month while my daughter was a patient at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. The location was absolutely perfect as well as the accommodations. It only took 12 -15 minutes to get to the hospital even in the morning traffic. They offer a discounted rate for patient's families. The rooms were kept very clean and maintained very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have ask for anything more. Breakfast was perfect and in the evening they had dinner available at no charge. Angela was a very good manager as well. I was in the office in the morning and she had everyone together and shared any positive remarks from the customers as well as any complaints. She was a definite motivator. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Terrible!!! Dirty. Not maintained. Old, not updated. Looks like sprawling old apartment complex. drawers in bathroom falling apartment. old kitchen appliances. grass needs cutting. hedges need trimming. food is bad. NO WIRELESS Internet connection!!!!!!!!!!! Filthy laundry room. Sign to entrance is burned out and end up driving past it at night. More like an old Howard Johnson's or Day's Inn. Been here five days and moving ASAP.

I stay at dozens of Hilton and Marriott properties each year for work and vacation. This was one of the least clean and run-down properties I have stayed at in many years.
