I stay at dozens of Hilton and Marriott properties each year for work and vacation. This was one of the least clean and run-down properties I have stayed at in many years.

have stayed in residence inns across the nation and this one rates at the bottom of list.
rooms and parking are ok but Management, (whoever that is) needs to look around.
the whole month there,
1. hot tub with out of order sign and full of dirt. and still is
2. Gas grill supposed to be in yard for usage, Was not. and is not
3. the whole month had to eat in the dimly lit dining room. help would not turn on lights or would say they were broke, but some days they in the day time they would be on.
4. grass was cut one time the whole time we stayed.
5. night time help very unfriendly.
6. passage ways fairly dirty and trash left sitting around.
7. evening food is nothing compared to other residence inns.
overall lack of interest by management.

My husband, two children (15 and 12 yrs. old), and I stayed at the Residence Inn Philadelphia Airport for 2 nights in June 2011. We reserved a 2-bedroom suit with pull-out sofa. The room was very nice and roomy and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, though, I wish they served bacon strips instead of the round ham patties. The room rate was very reasonable for a family of four; especially considering it included free parking, breakfast buffet, and evening receptions. It was also only a short drive to downtown Philadelphia. So, we used this location to visit some of Philadelphia’s historic sites like Independence Hall, Todd & Bishop White Houses, the Liberty Bell Center, Betsy Ross House, and National Constitution Center. We would definitely stay here again!

Our flight from Miami landed at 12:45 am. We had been in Curacao for a week long vacation. Given the late hour, we'd planned to stay in a hotel and head home the next morning. It was close to 2am when we arrived at the hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant and the studio room was very nice, much bigger than we expected. The foam mattress was one of the most comfortable beds I've every slept on. No transfer of motion. The hotel was very quiet, even in the morning. Standard Residence Inn breakfast, which I always enjoy. Friendly staff provided excellent directions for us to head back to New England. As airport hotels go, this is a very good one.
