Not sure what qualifies a Best Western for a Plus, but this property doesn't deserve more than a plain old C in my book. The hotel is very reasonably priced, convenient to Bethlehem and Route 22, but it is pretty worn out and in desperate need of new mattresses. The heat pump was a clattering beast, but good for covering up the noise from the hallway (see room tip comments).
The rooms were clean and the staff (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) were all friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was very good (French toast, eggs, potatoes, bacon, pastries, oatmeal, fresh fruit, etc) - though the creamers made the coffee taste weird...stick with the milk.
That we were there for a family funeral may have cast a bit of a pall on the whole experience.
