Stayed for two nights. Chose the hotel for location (near suba diving at Dutch Springs), price ($79), and that they mostly had rooms with two beds ... as I was staying with my son.
Check-in was fast and friendly. Room was clean. Two double beds with kitchenette. They do not have rooms with two queen beds. Decent size room. Older TV but a good selection of channels (>20, including Cartoon Network for the kids). Pillows were large and rather lumpy, but the mattresses were fairly supportive. Walls rather thin; TV and shower next door noticeable. Wireless internet was $4.95, and a one-time charge (for two days). It worked well each time, and connectivity was fast. I was a bit disappointed that this budget hotel did not have free internet access, but much of the strategy of Extended Stay America is targeted at minimizing costs (see limited service below). Facility also has vending machines and coin laundry.
There are not negatives as much as "things one should be aware of." First and foremost, this is a limited service hotel. There is no daily maid service. There is a daily towel exchange available from the front desk. However, if you are staying less than seven days, any maid service is extra ... there are two tiers of service for either $5 or $10. If you are staying for more than a few days, and/or plan on having "activities" in your room - the lack of any cleaning service could be of concern.
Misc: No shampoo or conditioner provided - although a card indicated it could be obtained from the front desk. No wake-up service; you have to use the alarm clock. Front desk is not staffed from 11pm-7am.
If cost is your major selection criteria, and you can do without any maid/cleaning service, this place is quite acceptable for a few nights. For ~$30 more per night, one could get a hotel with cleaning service and a pool. It depends on what you can do without.
