The hotel was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Arriving after dark during the coldest week of the winter, we were greeted with smiles and wam cookies. Every staff member we met was pleasant....and we know not everyone was probably having a great day...but they didn't show it. The breakfast room and hostess were fabulous. I will have repeat business and family business on a regular basis in the area and they will be my first choice for both their location and service. I just don't want them to become too popular......

We stayed at this property during a gymnastics competition weekend. We had a tremendous experience, including fireside chats, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and outstanding customer service, particularly from one of the breakfast hostesses. Lynn was outstanding...she connected with each person in the dining room, shared recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and made each person feel special! Clearly, this hotel puts great emphasis on hospitality and going the extra mile to make the stay a memorable experience! Funny thing is, I didn't read the other comments until now - and I'm seeing a very positive pattern :) Way to go, Fairfield Bethlehem!

I stayed here for over 3 weeks visiting friends in the area and it was a great stay! The room was very comfortable and the staff and management were very attentive and nice to talk to. Lynn, who is the attendant in the breakfast area, made me and others feel very welcome with a nice smile each morning. I do have plans to be in the area again this summer and I will make Fairfield my choice for another stay!

I have to agree with the other reviews - I didn't read them before booking this property, but I've stayed at the Courtyard next door years ago, so I was just happy I knew where it was and how to get there. Love the staff (including the lady monitoring breakfast on the weekdays!) and especially how clean it is - with a toddler in tow, he can find anything at all on the floor and in places you wouldn't normally look. There is even an outdoor pool (which is great for summer time - hard to find those these days!), which my 2 yr old couldn't understand why he couldn't go in, LOL - we stayed there at the end of December. Truly great service and friendliness here - you won't be disappointed with a stay at this Fairfield!
