I only have nice things to say abt this hotel. I loved everything abt it. I could definitely stay here again and again. Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. I thought it was pricy though. It is near all shops u would need; mall, restaurants, gas stations. Enjoy your stay like i did

OMG! Granted I was only there for a day, it was a day I won't forget. Great service, the room was amazing. So clean and orderly. The bed was so comfortable I almost missed my business meeting the following morning lol :-)

I have stayed at this hotel several times on business trips. If I expect to be there for a few days, I choose the extended stay option. One night, I stay at the Courtyard next door.

At this RI, the cable TV options are endless, over 120 channels so you can find something to watch. They are literally on cable. The Courtyard has very limited satelite TV selection. The only problem with this RI are the very noisy refrigerators. I have tried to adjust them, beat on them, etc with no result. In the end I just turn them off. If you need to stay and basically live there, check out the room first and the frig to make sure that it won't drive you crazy at night before you buy a boat load of groceries. Some rooms are better than others.

Remember as a Marriott Rewards member that you only receive half the points per dollar at an RI that you would at any other Marriott property. This is not right and I have complained to Marriott about this several times about this. You can stay at a Fairfield, pay 30 dollars less per night and get more points per stay than at a RI. Wrong!!!!!

Check in went very smoothly. Our room was a wheelchair accessible room. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable.

Breakfast was ok, comparable to what you would get at a Hampton Inn or similar.

The carpeting in the elevator looked like it had seen better days, which was surprising for a motel that is part of the Marriott group.

The only problem I had was with the key card. It worked the first time I entered the building but then did not work the next time. Another guest let me in the building and the card did work on our room. The person at the desk checked the card and told me it should have worked. She then gave me a new key card. A minor problem that was handled efficently by the staff.

I have stayed at several motels in the Lehigh Valley and would stay at the Residence Inn again.
