I had the worse night sleep ever! you need to update the beds. Also check the boards which hold the bed. Everytime I got in it made a loud noise as my bed flopped to the floor. Also check all toilets! My toilet ran all night. Oh and One lasT thing get something to catch the door to the room, heavy doors slam real hard and loud. My neighbor woke me at 5am every morning. The staff is great as well as the food during the evening hours!

Great room, friendly and helpfull staff. Internet was great. Make sure your evening activities are done if a game is scheduled across the street at the arena. Traffic is unbelievable.....half hour to get in and half an hour to get out for a 90 minute game. Otherwise a great place to stay with easy access to I75. Added touch is HD flat screen tv.

I stay in Courtyards all over U.S. and this one is one of the best. The location is superb for business activities in downtown Dayton. I had sparetime to see the awesome Carillon History Park directly across the river. The area was excellent to jog along the river and over the bridge to the university campus. My room was clean, big, and had a nice river view. The bar in the lobby was a nice addition - not all Courtyards have bars like this. The two gals that bartended were knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The young man hosting the breakfast was also excellent. The front desk staff was congenial - however they did mess-up on the bed preference stipulated on my reservation. If you need to stay in Dayton this is the place - easy access, great location, and good service.

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel, great room, nice accommodations, except for the internet connectivity i had to disconnect, then reconnect, because it kept freezing up, if they iron out that kink, then they will receive 5 stars in my review.
