We checked in later in the evening, but it went smoothly and the check in took minutes.
The room was clean and very modern. Fridge, coffee pot, microwave and stovetop.
The bathroom was spacious and included a full length mirror.
We will definitely stay here for all future trips to Dayton!!

This hotel appears to be brand new. Room cleanliness and finishes were top notch, in fact much better than many Residence Inns I've stayed at. I'm not sure how the other 3 or 4 Marriott brands at the same location compare but we were impressed. The location is perfect for travel either on 75 or 70 and had plenty of gas and resteraunt locations nearby. Breakfast was as expected, basic. Go down the street if you want a hot breakfast. Staff was pleasant. Overall A+

Having stayed previously at the Fairfield Inn (across the street) I was a bit gun-shy trying another Marriott property on the same road - and with a name that I hadn't heard before. But this Marriott property was VERY nice and we had an enjoyable stay. Room was large and very nice. The breakfast in the morning was typical and nothing special. But for what we paid, we felt it was a great value and will stay there again.

Very clean rooms with a microwave and refrigerator. Wish the fitness center had some free weights.
