We've stayed here several times in connection with various group events, most recently a month ago. The staff are great, super nice and very good at planning for, and accommodating, groups such as sports teams and big "family reunions". It's also a nice place for families to stay. There's free breakfast, consisting of cereal, pastries, toast/ waffles and coffee. No hot items like eggs but there is a Cracker Barrel right next door and lots of other restaurants on the Miller Lane strip within a short drive or even walking distance. There's a fridge in each room for your leftovers, even. Most of the rooms seem to be doubles - not too many rooms with just one big Queen or King bed (or at least we've had trouble getting them even with an advance booking). The room furnishings and fixtures are a little old but still look nice and given the price we don't mind. Maids are nice and helpful. I don't think there's an elevator to the second floor, be prepared to schlep your luggage up some stairs.

The only negative thing about this hotel is that we've heard about several incidents of friends' debit cards being mistakenly charged 2 and even 3 times for their stay, thus creating overdraft situations or other issues. We use a credit card each time and have no problems, and the debit card situtions eentually get straightened out, but given that we've heard of two separate incidents now from our friends, I would caution anyone staying here not to pay with a debit card, as there seems to be some problem processing them. Use a credit card or cash instead. Oh, and given that there's groups staying here, it can get loud - but since we've been part of the group we don't mind :-)

Comfy stay. Pool and hot tub were nice. Lots of food choices nearby! Room was found to be clean and in good shape!

We stayed here one night on our way from Florida back home to Niagara Falls. It was an excellent experience. Close to all shopping and restaurants. The room was perfect! It was clean, it was roomy and had access to the internet. The breakfast was the best we had seen of all the hotels we stayed in and the staff was very helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I am a guest at this hotel and am totally disgusted I have one more night here and if I didnt have a pet deposit paid I would definately move on to one of the other hotels in the vicinity. Did you know they (housekeepers) do not change comforters/blankets UNLESS they are stained? How many people have sex on the comforter/blankets further more the blanket is too close to the body and then they wonder why bed bugs etc are a concern? The hotel itself is nothing like the ones we have been in before this one is comparable to a hotel 6, redroof inn etc. The price is too high for the quality of this place. The hotel in general has a stagnant smell almost like mildew... It may sound like I am picky about where I spend my money and my quality of cleanliness HELL YEAH this is a ripp off.
