The greatest compliment goes to the staff. They are beyond friendly.This goes for the cleaning crew,the check in staff and the maint. guy.The young man that checks you in ,in the evening,Is the THE best I have spoken with.The day manager is always available to speak with and agian,they remember your name.
I travel 192 nights a year thru-out 11 states in the mid-atlantic to the midwest.I choose this hotel when I am with-in 100-125 miles,frankly because I know what Kind of service they are going to provide.
The flat screen Tv's,The clean rooms,Never seen a old/too used linen's in the place,All the top places to have dinner are with-in walking distance,Pool and hot tub.Also they have All the Tv channels,as many only carry a few.If your needing information to anything in the area such as attractions,things to do,places to eat,they not only have that info printed off and laying on the counter,just ask,manager and staff are extremly knowledgeable.
I am working on my 2nd of 3 nights this week.I stayed here last night ,even thou I had a meeting 138 miles away this morning.

All I can say,Give this place a chance when close to the area. tell them Tracy sent you.

My husband and I stayed again this summer at the Comfort Inn, which I'd previously reviewed. Since our last visit, there has been one change that a lot of motels and hotels are now doing: The maids will no longer come in your room to clean or even spread up the bed if there is a person or people in the room. I understand this is due to safety concerns and that's fine, but the problem is, when we stay we usually need to work in the room during the day and that means we have multiple laptops, phones, and other gear in addition to wallets and purses. So if we want the room cleaned, we have to interrupt what we're doing, pack up everything that's a theft risk and take it along with us in the car, or schlep it out to the lobby until such time as the maid gets done with the room. We have seen that when the maids clean, they leave the doors to the rooms wide open and all sorts of people are wandering up and down the halls, in addition to the maids going in and out while cleaning, so leaving valuables in the room with us gone does not seem wise. If there was an in-room safe big enough to hold a laptop, that would make life much easier, but alas, there is none.

As much as we like the Comfort Inn and its morning breakfast, we are seriously considering staying someplace else next time, since the above situation doesn't work well for us business types.

The only reason we pulled into this hotel was because we had a coupon. They wouldn't accept it, but we were too tired to drive around looking for another place to stay.
They mattress was horrible, but the room was really clean.
The breakfast was more than I expected. The pool was freezing even though it was 95 degrees outside.
I won't stay here again, because they wouldn't accent the coupon that that they advertised. And I'm calling corporate headquarters to complain.

Room was non smoking? Smelled like smoke to me! Dining area very small! Maybe seven small tables. Had to wait 15 mins just get some breakfast since there was no place to sit down at. What business center? Computer located in dining area and printer did not work. Stayed three nights and the second day housekeeping turned off the fridge... spoiled a sandwich (I left it in the fridge). Staff gave me a hard time with the billing! Choice Hotels did NOT send me an email to evaluate this hotel. Wonder why?
Leave your shoes on when in your room - My white socks were black on the bottom. When was the last time they cleaned the carpeting?
I won't be staying here again if if it's free! Spend a little more and sta at the Drury Inn up the street. They know how to treat people!
