Room was non smoking? Smelled like smoke to me! Dining area very small! Maybe seven small tables. Had to wait 15 mins just get some breakfast since there was no place to sit down at. What business center? Computer located in dining area and printer did not work. Stayed three nights and the second day housekeeping turned off the fridge... spoiled a sandwich (I left it in the fridge). Staff gave me a hard time with the billing! Choice Hotels did NOT send me an email to evaluate this hotel. Wonder why?
Leave your shoes on when in your room - My white socks were black on the bottom. When was the last time they cleaned the carpeting?
I won't be staying here again if if it's free! Spend a little more and sta at the Drury Inn up the street. They know how to treat people!

The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot in room. Pool was small but nice, hot tub was just right after an 8 hour drive. Continental breakfast included hot food and was way more than we expected!

Comfort Inn was conveniently located on Miller Lane which was full of hotels, restaurants, fast food joints and shops. Unfortunately, the hotel was very old, even with a face lift it still seemed worn out. Carpet in our room had stains all over, the bath tub was broken (big cracks in the tub floor). Air in the room was stale and musty. However, beds were clean and very comfortable. No bed bugs! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was acceptable. Since we were on the road for 13 hours and just wanted a good night sleep, we got what we paid for.

We've stayed here several times in connection with various group events, most recently a month ago. The staff are great, super nice and very good at planning for, and accommodating, groups such as sports teams and big "family reunions". It's also a nice place for families to stay. There's free breakfast, consisting of cereal, pastries, toast/ waffles and coffee. No hot items like eggs but there is a Cracker Barrel right next door and lots of other restaurants on the Miller Lane strip within a short drive or even walking distance. There's a fridge in each room for your leftovers, even. Most of the rooms seem to be doubles - not too many rooms with just one big Queen or King bed (or at least we've had trouble getting them even with an advance booking). The room furnishings and fixtures are a little old but still look nice and given the price we don't mind. Maids are nice and helpful. I don't think there's an elevator to the second floor, be prepared to schlep your luggage up some stairs.

The only negative thing about this hotel is that we've heard about several incidents of friends' debit cards being mistakenly charged 2 and even 3 times for their stay, thus creating overdraft situations or other issues. We use a credit card each time and have no problems, and the debit card situtions eentually get straightened out, but given that we've heard of two separate incidents now from our friends, I would caution anyone staying here not to pay with a debit card, as there seems to be some problem processing them. Use a credit card or cash instead. Oh, and given that there's groups staying here, it can get loud - but since we've been part of the group we don't mind :-)
