This place was filthy - carpet not vacuumed, lots of dirt and dead bugs in the corners; very worn, damaged, old "furnishings & fixtures" - all if which belong in dumpsters; be sure to wear your shoes or slippers here if you're unfortunate enough to be staying here; dead bugs between the blanket and sheet; lots of cigaret burn holes and stains in/on blankets and sheets. They also advertise free continental breakfast, but there was none - only a small amount of coffee left in a pot. The only good thing was the fridge and microwave if you happen to need them (we needed only the microwave). At any price, we will be sure to stay somewhere else if we find ourselves in that area again. You DO "get what you pay for."
