Building looks to have been recently renovated and is now in good shape. Staff is friendly and room was cleaned daily. Location relative to WPAFB is excellent and the local area is safe and well stocked with restaurants. While not the ritz, this is one of the better Motels I've stayed in and am quite happy with the service. judging from the other poor reviews on this site, I'd say this place must have recently had a change in management but is now on th right track. It is a decent motel for a decent price.

This hotel looks nice on the outside, the rooms are very small,everything is small. The clerk was nice & the surfaces all seemed to be clean. The room had a king size bed ,t,v. remote did not have batteries (we asked for some & they didn't have any). There also was a fridge/micro. coffee maker and an ironing board but no iron had to go to the front desk to get one & it was dirty on the bottom.
The breakfast room had 3 tables the food was not fresh bagels were tough there was white bread, cereal, & some fruit, milk & coffee that was just warm had to heat it in the microwave that was hard to open.
The ad said that this hotel was accross from the Wright-Patterson AFB but it was hard to find.

WOW what a hole. I thought that Days Inn would be nice and clean but this place was a mess. In the bathroom they had painted but missed spots all over and I am noy talking small spots but spots the size of dinner plate in several places.
The furniture was old and worn. I had put a do not disturb sign on the door so I could sleep in one day and the maid who looked like on crack with tatoos on her hicky covered neck knocks hard on the door at 10am to ask if I needed service.
The breakfast was horrible with the waffle maker now a planter and the cups were very small. and no slection at all.
I do have to say the blonde lady who checked me in and the Indian guy who I think runs the place were very nice. Its just a run down property that looks like it should be a place you buy women by the hour.
Oh yes, the internet worked.

I read the reviews after I booked the hotel and I was a little worried. I figured it was going to be in a poor area of Dayton, but it was across from a nice looking high school and next door to Bob Evans, Pizza Hut, and McDonald's. The room was fairly nice. Fridge, microwave, big bed, decent TV.

As I was going to write all the people were crazy for poor reviews, a knock came at my door. I looked through the peephole and someone put their thumb over it. I didn't answer and when I thought they left, I went outside to use the phone. The person came back, got in my face, and accused me of sleeping with their girlfriend. They demanded my room key and searched the room to see if the girl was in there. It was surreal.

The front desk acted as if no strange characters ever come to the location, but I highly doubt that, considering there was a hillbilly family living at the end of the hall, with their hellian children pulling the fire alarm and running amuck.

If you aren't on a tight budget, don't stay here.
