My family and I stayed here just for ONE night. We were looking for a hotel near from Downtown and the University. It was late night to kept searching and this hotel was the nearest we could find so we didn't have another option. We just needed to stay One night because at the next day I'd recieved my new apartment.... thoughs "It's Ok, just for one night". The gave us one of the last rooms in the hotel with a particular fetid odor. There were not only black died insects in the floor but also Bedbugs everywhere in room. Unfortunately, at that moment we DID NOT know anything about that kind of BUGS. One of the members of my family leaned in bed just about an hour, then she started to feel itching and some hives appeared. We thought it was a mosquitoe, but later it seemed like an allergy. Although we immediately noticed to the manager and told him about the situation, HE DID NOT tell us WHAT the bugs are, he just gave us a new room which was one of the first rooms of the hotel (WHY DID NOT THEY GIVE THAT ROOM BY THE FIRST TIME??) and ignored the signs of the insect bites as if nothing happened. Thank GOD we had a medicine in our backpack that the member of my family took, and he/she felt better. Although they gave us a "cleaned" room, we didn't slept peacefully. Later talked about it with some firends here in El Paso and told us about the Bedbugs, we were so scared about our new apartment might gotten infected also. Now we had to fumigate ALL our stuff and buy a vaporizing machine to be sure about keeping safe of that epidemy.
