First of all after a waiter in the hotel restuarant disappeared with my credit card for 30 minutes, I have had fraudulent charges to my credit card. Then to top it off, this hotel claims I broke a glass table in my room and have also charged my credit card for the replacement of that. Everytime we visit El Paso, we have stayed at this hotel - NEVER AGAIN. We are still having the claim investigated. USE CASH HERE. Be Warned. They need to check on their staff. Bathroom and floors were very dirty so were the glasses by the sink. The cable TV was out for an entire evening as well.

We are sorry that your most recent stay did not bring you the same level of satisfaction as your previous stays.
Please know that comments such as yours have never been received at our hotel. We take all comments very seriously and it would greatly help our investigation if you could provide us with further information such as time of day, and the names of the employees involved. Our records indicate that we did experience some communication errors with our credit card provider which did cause some brief delays. To our knowledge we never experienced a delay longer than 5 minutes.
We have never experienced concerns such as yours in the past & have not been contacted by your credit card company in regards to fraudulent charges. Please forward any documentation so that we may also investigate.
Please be assured that we have never had comments such as yours at this hotel. We truly hope that you can look back at your previous stays as the true indicator of the excellent hospitality we provide.
