This hotel is old, but kept very clean. It is a perfect place to stay for the night. It has a bar and restaurant connected. The pool is large and clean. It is not a hotel for spending leisure time as it is not set up for lounging. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the sites of TX and New Mexico.

I booked this room on a travel site and recieved a confirmation number. When I checked in they refused to honor the internet price and I ended up paying double. The room was roach infested, dirty and seedy looking. After seeing the roach crawling on the wall I couldn't sleep a wink. If you plan on using any sites like travelocity or priceline to book your reservation they will not honor the price. I wouldn't stay there again if the price was free! Just thinking of that hotel makes me itch.

Come on people, I've been staying at this hotel for a few weeks now, the connection isn't too bad depending on what part of the property your staying at.. this is the third room I've stayed in this hotel and still I have no complaints, paying $38 to stay here who would. House-keeping is nice and will do anything to help you, if you want a hotel to stay at for dirt cheap what service could you expect.. breakfast isn't the best ..not hot breakfast mainly fruit cereal bagels and juice.. i'm not a native to el paso but the neighborhood seems ok wouldn't walk around by myself at night but I have at daytime, my husband is a soldier and i'm mainly at the hotel all day and still no complaints. For the price again it's not all that bad. I would recommend people to stay here who can't afford those other hotel and suites.

This place must have been nice. Not so much anymore. Basically clean, but nothing like the photos. All grass has been removed and covered with ground cloth and red rock. It was a hot, hot, day, and I am assuming that the water pipes run through the attic. No cold water until after 20 minutes of running. Originally we thought the water lines had been crossed as both faucets ran hot. I believe the restaurant is now a bar, and rather uninviting one at that. The Ice machine located in the lobby was not functioning. Management on shift didn't seem to notice until they were specifically asked. Then they graciously volunteered to get some ice from the bar. .. This is not the worst place, but certainly not like the photos. It was a depressing let-down - the imprint iron burn melt in the carpet pretty much says it all. :-(
