Checked in for a 14 day stay. Went up stairs and was ready to skype with my family, who I have barely seen in the last month and a half, logged into the internet and NOTHING. I call the front desk and they tell me, "yeah, we are having a problem with the internet". I understand that issues arise, however when I got back from work the next evening, I asked if the internet was fixed and was told yes. So, again I proceed to my room and fire up my computer and NOTHING AGAIN!!! When I go back downstairs, I say that the internet is NOT working as the gentleman at the front desk said. He rudely asked, "did you try the internet before you came down here?"
So, long story short, myself and six others from my group moved out of the SpringHill Suite and moved into the Candelwood and I couldn't be happier with that decision.
The ONLY reason I gave this place 2 stars was the room was big (yet didn't have a kitchenette) and MOST of the staff is friendly.
