I had booked online and was told that check in was at 2 PM. Was told they would take good care of us. Told them we would arrive between 3 and 3:30 PM. Arrived at 4 and were given a room without enough beds and dirty, then a room with 2 beds, still dirty. Had to drag our luggage back and repack in the car. I am physically disabled, exhausted from the flight, with an autistic child (who was very upset). We had to leave for an hour till our room was cleaned, internet worked infrequently. Will NEVER stay there again and would recommend noone else stay their either.

Reservation made on website was correct. Arrived early and got a room next to the office. Everything in the room worked and bed was acceptable ; firm and springy. You will feel every move your mate makes, but it didn't sag. Breakfast of coffee, full strength orange juice, cereal, bread, pastry and fruit, seemed a little better than last visit Oct 2010. Good WiFi and engaging, friendly desk clerk. Will stay here again when west bound on I10

The hotel is quite basic but clean and close to the freeway, grocery stores, and restaurants. The continental breakfast is quite limited. The hotel has a nice pool areas but it is crowded.

Just feet from I10, the room was surprisingly quiet. It was very spartan and I would have liked a firmer mattress. We were told that the price included a full breakfast, but it turned out to be a continental breakfast.
